Description
Tourists who came here in 2011 found a dilapidated building here. Today we can boast of a successful reconstruction of all parts of this beautiful homestead, including the completely operational technology of the mill from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The historical part of the mill is open to the public in the summer, when a guide is available. On the website you will also find other activities of today’s mill owners, such as an outdoor kiosk with home-made products straight from the mill, a mini-brewery and agricultural activities.

0,3l from tap at brewery. Orange rather hazy color, small white head. smells bready, earthy, spices, light marzipan, tobacco. Nice to very nice smell. Medium body soft carbonation. tastes earthy, spices, bread, tobacco, light caramel, marzipan. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and some peppery notes. Very nice one, very good and easy to drink. Gets a bit buttery once it warms

Bottle at the ČPK celebration fest @ČP. Very dark red body, off white head. Buttery and caramelly aroma, lightly funky. Tart, lean taste, caramel, berry... sub par shape, will rerate.

Courtesy of brothers and sisters Čuráks, ofc. PETka. Golden body. Green apple in the thin aroma, acetaldehyde. Honeyish malty body, maybe some vague tooth rot, but generally clean. Cheapish tasting lager with more maltiness than the average, not terrible really. Will try to retry more fresh, of course.
