Description
WHAT DO WE THINK MAKES THE BEST BEER?
There's no single thing that produces great beer. We believe the combination of many factors results in a perfect pint.
No cutting corners. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Fresh hops. Top quality malts. Years of expertise. A meticulous attitude towards the brewing process.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured a murky purple colour. The aroma is blueberry, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a somewhat light, crisp, juicy blueberry, light aromatic palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

On tap (cask) at the Alexander, Derby Tuesday 14th October 2025 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours light hazy colour with a slim white head. Purple milkshake colour with a light reddish/pinky head. Sweetish but very pleasant, there's a slight fruity blueberry tang, surprised me, liked this much more than expected.

Hazy light gold with a frothy / bubbly white and a pineapple chunk aroma. Smooth and soft, like a tropical fruit juice with just a touch of dry bitterness in the finish.

On keg at Albert's Schenke, Liverpool.
Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Crema head.
Nose - chocolate and cookie dough, unsurprisingly.
Taste - as it smells and as the adjuncts imply.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy body and sweet.
Overall - ok.
