Description
WHAT DO WE THINK MAKES THE BEST BEER?
There's no single thing that produces great beer. We believe the combination of many factors results in a perfect pint.
No cutting corners. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Fresh hops. Top quality malts. Years of expertise. A meticulous attitude towards the brewing process.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Light hazy gold with small white head. Quite fruity with stone fruit, citrus and biscuit. Medium bodied, semi-dry, modest bitterness. Not bad.

On tap (cask) at the Alexander, Derby Tuesday 14th October 2025 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours light hazy colour with a slim white head. Purple milkshake colour with a light reddish/pinky head. Sweetish but very pleasant, there's a slight fruity blueberry tang, surprised me, liked this much more than expected.

Slightly hazy pale gold with a frothy white head and a soft juicy fruit aroma. Light, fresh and smooth, soft fruit bitterness alongside a touch of biscuit malt, finishes dry and slightly bitter.

Hazy light gold with a frothy / bubbly white and a pineapple chunk aroma. Smooth and soft, like a tropical fruit juice with just a touch of dry bitterness in the finish.

On keg at Albert's Schenke, Liverpool.
Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Crema head.
Nose - chocolate and cookie dough, unsurprisingly.
Taste - as it smells and as the adjuncts imply.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy body and sweet.
Overall - ok.
