Pours hazy amber with a slight pinkish tinge to it, very thin white lacing. Aroma of hibiscus, rose, some lime and salt. Taste has very forward-facing lactic notes, some watery body, very pleasant fruity notes. Palate has lingering rose and hibiscus, extremely pleasant nose on it. Quite good.

Une belle surprise que cette offrande... C'est vraiment bien fait, avec le style respecté. Il n'y a rien d'extravagant, mais c'est passe-partout et sans faille. Torréfaction juste bien dosée, chocolat aucunement invasif, grains grillés à point... J'accepterais volontiers de le boire la fin de semaine aussi :)

Bottle from Tite Frette, Cowansville. Clear rose copper colour with a one finger pink tinged white head that leaves stringy lace. Nose is light Brett, honeysuckle, raspberry and cherry. Light berry sweetness with a light to medium Brett and berry tartness. Mouth is medium- with soft carbonation. Quite enjoyable. Haven't had any other Haskap/Camerise flavoured beers to compare it to. 8/4/7+/3+/15-
