Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black, rich creamy head. Custardy nose with yeasty lemon. Sweet and sour with full body and syrupy mouthfeel. Caramel and syrup, cloying custard and sitric acid. Trying to sort this one out: A cloyingly sweet imperial stout, that got badly infected, To top this, a shitload of cloying custard was dumped in it.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black, creamy beige head. Chocolate and coconut with sour lemon atop. Sweet and sour with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Caramel, chocolae and lots of coconut. Citric finish. Nope, coconut did also not work in infected stout. Now, when it has been tried and failed in pretty much every beer style, can brewers please stop adding it?

Tap at Kollarko. Murky dark red body, salmon thick head. Sourish Philly sour creamy aroma, more like blackcurrant than blueberries. Philly sour with not too flavorful sour blueberries. Low sourness, too much body. Meh.
