375ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) shared with Farees @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear copper with a weak head. Aroma: intense red apples, moderately sweet with some acidity, caramel. Taste: quite sweet, low acidity, a bit sludgy, woody, tannic, some apple seeds. Overall: it's pretty good product that's pleasant to drink, but it's pretty weak for an ice cider from Quebec.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear copper with no head. Aroma of lots of stewed apples. Taste is decent, but not as much follow through compared with the aroma. Decent.

A golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light vinegar, light chalky notes, interesting. In mouth, a sweet fruity apple juice, light mineral notes, light bodied, OK. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
