The last of the 12 beers that survived the trip from Denmark, shared with ozujsko. Poured a nice dark brown colour, with a medium sized beige head that went away at a medium to slow pace. The nose is... candied red fruit, dog rose or cornel jam and malt. The taste is... whoa... spot on Speculaas... cinnamon, nutmeg, weak almond, weak herbs... light for the strength and relatively drinkable. I like it. It’s not a great beer, but it’s still very interesting and pleasant.

(Bottle 50 cl) As ""Ørbæk Rappenskralde Porter". Beautiful, clear, reddish brown with a dense, beige head that leaves some lacework. Soft aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with lightly sweet notes of roasted malt with a vaguely burned note. The finish is dry. 030407 (On tap) As "Ørbæk Geniuss Stout". Clear mahogany with an orange hue. Neat, dense, beige nitro head. Discreet aroma of burned malt. Light and somewhat watery and some lightly tart notes of burned malt. Score: 3.1 281006

(75 cl bottle) Shady brown color, tan to brown head. Licorice and spicy scent. Sweet and fruity taste, sweet spicy aftertaste. Sirupy mouthfeel. You can notice the alcohol, but not in a bad way.

Tap at C4, Odense: Dark amber with a red hew & solid white head. Sweet malty nutty aroma. The body is actually Ok- feared it to be thin/watery but good mouthfeel, quite creamy. Pleasant sweetness and quite fresh in a nice way!

Black with a disappearing off white head. Chocolate, caramel, toffee and licorice in the aroma. Bitter with a dark chocolate dryness. But too much carbonation.
