75 cL bottle. Pours deep brown with light off-brown head. Nice malty aroma. Sweet malty taste with slight yeasty notes and very little bitterness from the hops. Nice warm, well balanced and malty beer.

Bottle. Nice big light tan head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma is heavy with roast malt. Taste is roast malt with notes of coffee.

Tap at C4, Odense: Clear golden with no head. Fresh sour apples & high acidicity - fizzy carbonated. OK body with a dry finish! OK experience!

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours an opaque, almost black but does have a tint of orange. Creamy, beige head. Aroma of hard roasted malt. Fairly full-bodied with lots of roasted malt and a burned edge. Lots of licorice flavours and a bitterness deriving from the burned malts. Very delicate actually. 060307

Bottle. Hazy amber color with a average fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty and hoppy, orange, licorice, christmas spices. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Tap at C4, Odense: Black with a thick brown head. Roasted malts - liquarice & coffee. Soft body that is Ok filling (closer to watery than thick). sweet little metallic taste. Bitter roasty dry finish!

Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Aroma of elderflower, with a touch of apple peel and a light malt touch. Flavour is really dominated by the elderflower, quite sweet with a fruity aftertaste and a bit of malt and white bread. I had better memories of this from my early beergeek days, probably before I knew how elegant a floral aroma can be done with American hops...

Dark brown with a disappearing off-white head. Caramel aroma with some grain, chocolate. Sweet flavour and quity grain-y with a roast, bitter finish.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and nuts, as well as lightly roasted notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, nuts, and malt, leading to a quite bitter end. The body is weak, and the mouthfeel very sparkling due to high carbonation. Where is the caramel, where is the strong sweetness - definately not to style.
