Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is dusty hoppy combined with light notes of elderflowers and honey. The flavor is sweet with a flowery hoppy note combined with notes of elderflowers and honey, leading to a dry honey end, in the aftertaste light notes of straw and brew mash comes along. The mouthfeel is very sparkling due to high carbonation.

Really good cider. Poored in champagneglass it almost had head. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull applearoma and flavor. A little moldy but in a nice way. Oily palate.

Bottle. Claer amber golden color with a average fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, hay. Flavor is light sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively.

Bottle. Cloudy amber color with a average good lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, roasted, caramel. Initiail flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, amber golden with a bubbly, off-white head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Medium body, very malty with a high degree of sweetness - probably deriving from the honey. Actually reminds me a bit of a German Dortmunder, but it is an Ale. Drinkable but bland. 060207

draught at Chr. firtal, Odense: Dark brown amber with a fine , unfortunaly, fading white head. Heavy nose with malts, caramel, sugar (sweet) & dark fruits. Too little Hoppyness compared to the powerfull alcoholic aftertaste. Not very well balanced. 12% abv is clearly showing/appearing and felt.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a longlasting big tan head. Roasted malty aroma with some hints of chocolate and coffee. Sweet roasted malty flavor with lots of chocolate and coffee. Sweetish roasted malty finish with lots of chocolate in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear dark brown color with a average fizzy fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, burnt, chocolate, coffe, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is burnt / coffe bitternes. Impressen is industriel stout (a bit boring).

Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Fruity spicy herbal aroma with coriander and cardamom notes. Dry-sweet herbal blueberry and cardamom taste with papery notes. Mid-bodied. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry-bitter blueberry and cardamom aftertaste is a bit harsh, with herbal mealy papery coriander notes. It’s not really very harmonic, and a bit too harshly bitter. Ah well. (0.5l bottle, gift from family. This rating replaces an old 3.7 rating from 2007.)
