Bottled. Dark brown. Aroma of of chocolate and elderflowers. Sweet with soft, filling mouthfeel. Notes of red berries and butter. Full bodied. Excellent bock beer. By far the best beer I’ve head from Ørbæk!

Bottle from JensenTaster - Thanks!
Hazy amber, tanned creamy head. Nice bready malt and delicate, yet slightly metallic hop aroma. Fruity base flavor, some estery and ethanolic notes - could be more restrained. Elegant hops in the background. Good body, fruity/estery aftertaste. Overall quite enjoyable.

2004 Bottle from JensenTaster - thanks
Cloudy amber, low head. Oaky, flowery (roses) and minerally aroma. Flavor is mostly tinny rosebuds on thin hayish malt. Fairly lightbodied - probably reduced by bottle-fermentation, slick mouthfeel, wooden aftertaste.

Hazy orange amber, tanned lacing creamy head. Bitter peppery herbal and crackermalt aroma. Extremely minerally flavors, alcohol is detectable, also seemingly very slightly skunked. Sweet body which lingers on. Weird composition, I’ll have to do a re-rate to determine whether it really is supposed to be that way...

Sweet malty balanced ale. Light roast and some kind of fruity/berry aroma. A nice and easy drinkable beer.

A hazy dark orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is fruity with blueberries standing out. The flavor is malty with notes of straw in the beginning, but then blueberries, that lingers.

Red-amber color. Some malt, sweetness, Morello cherries, vegetables. The worst thing is the high bitterness and astringency at the end.

Bottle. Golden colour, unstable white head. Sweet acidic flavour, I guess with some elderflower. Low carbonation, is this on purpose with these Ørbæk ones? Does not seem to suit their bottled beers.

Muddy red/orange brown body with a short lived white head. Malty aroma with a little touch of berries. I guess the flavour is like a brown ale with added berries, malty with an acidic sidenote. Thin finish, but the overall impression is a very drinkable drink, that might have suited a summer night better than January evening with a movie.
