Il Microbirrificio Opperbacco nasce nel 2009
grazie alla volontà e alla caparbietà del Mastro Birraio Luigi Recchiuti.

Il birrificio è a Notaresco. Incastonato come una gemma tra i colli Teramani, abbracciato dal Gran Sasso da un lato e dal Mare Adriatico dall’altro con, uliveti, vigne e frutteti a fare da cornice.
L’intero processo produttivo si svolge all’interno di una vecchia stalla riadattata e attrezzata per laproduzione di Birra.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, overriped orange, fruity, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light overriped citrus acidic and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Hazy mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and coffee. Flavor was sweet with roasted malt, caramel, dark fruits and toffee. Finished sweet.

Hazy golden with floaties and a medium off white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat, orange peal and coriander. Flavor like wise. Finished sweet.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and cornish. Grainy too. Sweet caramelish. Spiced and subdued fruity. Sweet and phenolic finish.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alchohol. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alchol, and red berries, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Drunk to celebrate my rating number 18,400. Bottled. A hazyy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of phenols, malt, straw, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with floating impurities and a dense white head - comes gushing. Spicy aroma, some yeast also. Medium body, sweet malt and fruit with a coriandery touch - and again yeast. No bitterness whatsoever. 110910
