12 oz. can. Black, with a big, bubbly, tan head. The nose is mocha, juniper, pumpernickel, bitter almond, and burnt toast. Sweet and malty, with a sharp, sticky bitterness. Medium body, chalky, and clingy. Pretty nice, mellow stout.

12 oz. can. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a small, white head. The aroma is green apple, dank grass, coriander, orange zest, and rubber. Sweet and juicy, with a bold, sticky bitterness. Medium to heavy body, chewy, and acrid. Interesting and reasonable, but some oddities in the finish.

On tap at Braided River, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly fermented honey and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of fermented out floral honey and light apple skins. Super floral and fermented out honey-wise. Meh.

On tap at Braided River, pours a clear dark orange with a small off-white head. Aroma has plenty of lacto, with light orange peel and passionfruit. Flavour is not too yogurty, with orange peel, lacto and citrusy passionfruit. Light and fruity, with a lacto-y finish. Decent for a kettle sour.

On tap at Braided River, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a touch of toasted caramel. Flavour is under-attenuated, with caramel, bready malt and residual sugars. Way too sweet. Ugh.

On tap at Braided River, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very clean, with lots of piney hops, some resinous oils, and light biscuity malt. Piney, balanced and with lots of depth. Very good.
