The taste follows the nose: Initially sharp pilsner malt flavor with a soft, dry lager finish. Crisp, clean, and smooth. Good example of the style. The sharpness seems to fade with each sip. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

Can from Golden Wine. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is biscuit and dough. Medium body, biscuit, grass, crisp finish, very good.

Smoothie sour - not a thic smoothie. Yogurt and raspberrys are dominant.

On tap at the Golden Mill. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, fizzy, tan head. The aroma is cardamom, brown bread, rye, black pepper, and dust. Dry, with a lot of savory spice. Crisp, malty, and biting. Solid.
