Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Compared to the saaz version it is more fruity and with notes of black currant. Lemony and well rounded. Mid-sour with notes on mango and cat pee, slight salty licorice in the acidic finish.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Fruity nose. Sweaty and tart, soft and mellow. The saaz are mild enough for most of the lambic character to prevail, but also adds some spicyness and hay. Fresh and mid-sour. Great stuff!

Draught @ Copenhagen Beer Fest. This beer was fun to try, and I’m sure that it would taste great out in the summer sun. With that said I have to say that the hops were too dominant in this brew. But I liked the taste of sour apricot candy.
