Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops and grass - I don’t pick up any wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, grass, and spices, as well as lighter notes of vanilla and wood. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and lovely hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops and grass, leading to a bitter finish. Nice.

CBF09. 37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Mild fruity and light peachy aroma. In addition the aroma has a light smooth wooden note. Yeasty and hoppy base flavoured. Sweet and fruity flavoured finish. Bitter and fruity lasting impression. I don’t really pick up the wood effect in the flavour for this one, yet I find it more balanced than the reference which must be due to the wood.

CBF09. 37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is the same as the two others: spiced and herbal fruity. Sweet and fruity and hoppy base flavour. Light wooden acacia astringent note. Dry and bitter finish. The acacia wood gives somewhat of an edge to the beer - interesting.

A bit more mellow and less sweetness than the reference. Smooth and slight vanilla touch. Subtle difference from the reference.
