botltle at Københavnske Øldage 2009 cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is piny, fruity. flavor is hoppy, wooden, dry, spices, fruity.. it has taken a little flavor from the barrelling.

EBF09. Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Slightly sour. Moderate bitter flavor. Long finish. Creamy palate. No way near as good as the 3 barrel-versions.

EBF09. Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long nice powerfull bitter finsh. Creamy palate.

bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2009, yellow, small thick white head. aroma is fruity hoppy, notes of wood. flavor is slightly hoppy, dry, slight sweet, very dry. ends sweetish. intersting interplay between dry and sweet.
