It pours a clear pale gold with a lively head of foam and the foam lasts quite a while.
I get some sweet malty notes, a little earthy, light bit of hops, the smell is pretty average.
The taste has some lemon bitterness, light sweet malt, toasted malt, again average but perhaps slightly above average. I don't get much grain, especially no corn to my palate.
Good mouthfeel for the abv.
Maybe I served this too warm. Anyways, it's decent.

I smell coriander, cloves, little bit of pine, mostly like what a Saison should smell like.
Good tastes of coriander and cloves, a bit hoppy...pine/spruce, earthy, fairly dry. Gluten reduced, eh?

I smell bitter coffee, chocolate, lactose. Mostly the coffee.
The taste is more balanced. The coffee is still strong but it's tampered by the chocolate and especially the lactose; that brings some sweet notes. The finish returns to coffee dominance.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of toasted grain, floral hops, light grass. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Finish is all hops — light lingering bitterness, grass. Just OK.

On tap at GABF. Pours a dark copper with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, pine, cocoa. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice lingering bitterness, very good.
