Keg at Porterhouse, Covent Garden. Opaque amber. Thick foamy light beige head. Aroma has loght rye - grains and sweetness. Flavourwise there is a spur berry edge and rye. However there's also a starry twiggy underbelly. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Has some bright parts but at heart twiggy.

Slightly metallic. Underlying chalky nalts. Light. Thin. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Bland.

Pale gold with a medium white head. Aroma of of thin citrus. Flavour is thin tropical citrus at the start, flavour really builds into a mouthful of tangy fruit, pepper and sharp bitter citrus base, dry tart finish.

In my opinion, it is a regular stout, average, the oysters side is relatively discreet, nice smelling, roasted malt, hop, dry finish, 13.02.17, at Prélaz.

Draft @ Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin. Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head.Aroma of passion fruits, lemons and mangos. Taste of mangos, lemons, malts and passion fruits. Low bitterness. Strong carbonation. Successful but not outstanding.

It is aa regular porter, less aromas than the fuller porter, in my point of view. The taste is dry, roasted malt, some coffe, a bit watery, 29.03.18, at Prélaz.
