Bottle @Ulfborg. Nearly clear light golden, no head. Nice concentrated apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, a little apple pie. Tasty, but lacks some complexity.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is pale golden and close to water. Aroma and taste are intense sweet apples, little sugar, fruits and has a sweet apple finish.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Nearly colourless, transparent, no head. Very weak aroma, very faint honey. Sweet, but very much like honey. Not an expert on birch, but guess that's what it tastes like.
