--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale golden. Musty, earthy apple aroma. Mid sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Earthy and minerally with sweet rustic apples and long apple skin bitterness. Pleasant and rather complex.

75cl bottle from Beerdome. Pours a misty golden yellow, small ring of white foam atop. Lovely fresh medium sweet apple with wine-like expressions, juicy sweet moments. Bright spritzy carbonation. Excellent.

75cl bottle from Beerdome. Shared with Soph at our holiday lodge in Louth, Lincolnshire after seeing the seal pups at Donna Nook. Hazed yellow appearance, fine carbonation. Lovely welcoming sweetness, custard, medium sweet apple fruit, grape must. Taste presents some hazy textures, some lovely natural fleshy apple fruit sweetness with a nice white grape influence, some mild desert-like apple pie hints. Really enjoyable.
