Bottle 2009 edition. Christmas tasting 2009-11-27 AR: ginger, mulled wine, clove AP: black body, fudge brown head F: ginger, mulled wine, clove, this one was too spicy and a bit hollow 2008 edition Gyllene mörk bärnsten/Vanilj fudge skum. Doftar av oblandad svartvinbärssaft eller körsbär. Smak lätt sötma, komplex många smaker, ingen av ingredienserna (kornmalt, muskot, kanel, pomerans, kryddnejlika och kardemumma) kommer fram tydligt, man måst äta något till denna dryck. Eftersmak - frukten är tillbaka igen 2008-12-13 betyg 4:?.

Vintage 2008, bottle. Dark with a creamy brownish head. A lot of spices and orange in aroma. The beer has a spicy taste, roasted tones and orange. Little thin maybe but drinkable. Finish was dry.

cloudy brown, small white head aroma is ice flowery hoppy with sublte grape and pine notes. flavor is very hoppy, also malty ,somewhat watery (palate) but still a very tasty brew.

Clear amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and plenty of hops. Flavour had loads of hops, pine, grapefruits and toasted malt. Finished quite bitter.Nice one.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a thin lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of bread, alcohol, malt, and some milk chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, citrus, and nuts, leading to a dry woody finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark and hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild spiced and fruity and mild roasted. Sweet and fruity flavoured, light spiced and slight roated note. Lingering hoppy and spiced flavoured. Smooth and fruity lasting finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with a rough, off-white head. Hoppy aroma with a whiff of caramel and coffee. Solid body, nutty and caramellish with a distinct aromatic bitterness. 231109

Draft. A dark chestnut brown beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and brown sugar as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruits. The alcohol burns sligtly in the mouth.

Bottle. Dark brown color with a medium head. Roasted malt, licorice, coffee, hops and chocolate in aroma and flavor. Finish was long with a pleasant bitterness. The best of the Swedish Easter beers in 2009.
