Draught at source: pours ruby red with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some dark fruitiness. Sweet, sticky, but not as heavy as expected. Tasty is subzero temps.

750ml bottle pours a muddy brown with some clumpy, grey head. Nose has dates and plum, malt and candy, raisins. Flavors of malt, prune, plum, date, some marzipan, clove. Full, off dry finish.

From a bottle, with thanks to mansquito. Pours a clear dark amber with an ecru head. Aromas of caramel and cherry. Flavors moderately sweet caramel with some bitter hops.

Nitro pour at Bill's Best: black with creamy head. Chocolate and fresh vanilla beans. Taste is heavy in natural vanilla with hefty chocolate notes. Solid.

Nitro at the source: pours copper with off white nitro head. Aroma is earthy, toffee, taste is smooth, lightly sweet, smooth nitro body. Solid.

Draught at source: pours orangish light haze with white head. Aroma is nice berry and tropical notes. Taste has interesting aspects of mosaic. Fruity, herbal. Quite good. This, without exaggeration, does a better job of showing the complexity and potential of Mosaic than did all of mosaic week at OH.

Draught at source: pours orange with small head. Aroma Is loads of peach, spice and residual banana. Sweet, light bitterness, very peachy. Pleasant.
