Taster pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque, murky, milky dishwater, small foamy white head with poor retention. Aroma is really, really strong savory herbs. Taste is also strong savory cooking herbs with fruit--bit of citrus, stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering piney bitterness. Overall, very good. Not transcendent or ground breaking but a good representative of the style. For me, the herb shined through much more than the fruit.

Taster pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque, murky, dishwater, milky light brown with small, foamy white head with poor retention. Aroma is expected citrus, grapefruit, mild herb. Taste is similar to aroma, more grapefruit than citrus and only hint of herb. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not ground breaking or earth shattering but a quality NEIPA featuring these hops.

Taster pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque murky dishwater, milky light brown, cap of head. Aroma is a strong musky, armpit herb, and fruit (stone?). Taste the herb is more muted than in the aroma, and the fruit is nondescript (?grape). Nondescript more in an intriguing way like it's hidden and you want to figure it out vs. just a muddle. The two work well together and alternate dominance during the sip. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, frothy texture, soft carbonation and fairly dry finish as taste with pleasant lingering bitterness. Overall, strong all around. Strong herb and singular fruit so not terribly complex but work well together.

Tap pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque milky light brown with ring of off-white head. Aroma is dominant strong, sweet citrus but also with some herb, tinge of grapefruit. Taste follows aroma with a definite herbal component, mild grape and a stone-to-tropical fruit sweetness (fleshy fruit) that I can't quite identify (guava? peach? papaya?). Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation, crisp citrus finish with mild bitterness. Overall, very, very good especially for a one-hop offering. They explored the full range of Citra and squeezed every drop out of it.

Taster at the source. Lightly hazy light golden color with a good sized bubbly white head that persists. Tart sweet apricot peach aroma and flavor with plenty of lemony tart to balance. Very nice beer.

Taster at the source. Slight hazy deep gold in color with a white head that dissipates almost instantly. Bready maltiness with a somewhat sweet full mouthfeel. Earthy citrus and resin to counter. Nice beer just a hint too sweet for me.

Taster at the source. Just a touch of haze. Lemon yellow in color with a huge frothy white head that persists. Somewhat sweet bready maltiness with some spicy wheat to counter. Citrus and tropical fruits and a light earthy grassy almost counter the sweetness. Could use a touch more attenuation.
