That's how we woke up one morning and realized: well, this is a story exactly about us. Let's make beer, we decided. We chose the "most suitable" moment and opened at the beginning of 2020. And we closed immediately. Then we opened again. We closed. In short, we have mastered opening and closing perfectly. Whether this is a miracle or a science, I honestly have no idea. But in Trophie we have found our eternal engine, with which we operate in spite of everything. And it is said that you can also taste it in our beer. Yes, we are indeed the smallest brewery in Latvia. Yes, we have the privilege of being able to experiment and make new varieties almost every season. Trofeja on mu üks lemmikuid Riias. Õlled pole maailma parimad, aga alati on miskit huvitavat.. käisin enne lauvases ja ikka päris masendav kuidas neil on 3 kohaline number õlut müügil, aga stiilide osas on enam vähem 5 vms.. Antud isend on ok kveik ipa.
Draught @ Trofeja, Riga. Rated on 10.11.2023 Aroma has some fruity hops and minerals. Flavour has strong hoppiness with pine needles, minerals and some fruitiness. Perhaps chocolate in the background. More like messy black ipa this is.
Draught @ Trofeja Aroma has some fruitiness and nettles. Flavour has nettles, some orange marmalade, cereal. Also pine needles. Feels leathery. The nettle and pine needle tones are somewhat interesting but this is still not exactly my thing. Just too dry.
