In order to do brewing, you have to be a little bit kooky, you have to look at life from the funny side, and the spark of beer in your eyes is also useful. That's how we woke up one morning and realized: well, this is a story exactly about us.
Let's make beer, we decided. We chose the "most suitable" moment and opened at the beginning of 2020. And we closed immediately. Then we opened again. We closed. In short, we have mastered opening and closing perfectly.
Whether this is a miracle or a science, I honestly have no idea. But in Trophie we have found our eternal engine, with which we operate in spite of everything. And it is said that you can also taste it in our beer.
Yes, we are indeed the smallest brewery in Latvia. Yes, we have the privilege of being able to experiment and make new varieties almost every season. And yes, it gives us real pleasure to share it with you.
