Tap @Be.Re in Rome-Italy. Clear gold-hay pour with a regular tick white foam (retention). Nose: citric, grapefruit, coriander is mild but there. Mouth: sparkling champagne-like carbonation, lemony, citric, thin body, coriander, mild zest. Nice.
