Cask at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours transparent, pale blonde, with very fine white foam, stable and creamy. Aroma is weak grainy and fruity. Body is average, while carbonation is minimal (cask). Taste is well balanced between moderate sweetness and bitterness, the latter prevailing in the end. Final is average.

Tap at Hops Beerstro, Trieste. Golden colour and small white head and lace. Resiny, a bit fruity aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Clean resiny, fruity flavour. Good drinkability.

From tap at Artisan in Rome 07.08.21 after recommendation from the bar man. Translucent golden straw colour. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Excellently refreshing and complex taste of various citrus, papaya, mango, pineapple, sorrel and pale malt. It is balancing on the edge of having a touch of cat pee. Excellent.
