440ml can, #1165, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Two-finger thick white head slowly diminishing over a hazy pale golden body, clingy lacing. Appealing aromas of juniper and pineapple. Well blended taste of cereal malts, juniper and pineapple supported by kveik-yeast. Mid-sweet malt-fruity close. Fine depth. Like it. (Tromsø 26.05.2022).

440ml can, #89, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a misty golden body under a slightly off-white head, full lacing. Inviting smell of pineapple and saison fruit, lightly spiced. Peachy flavours joined by pineapple and juicy oats, lactose backbone. Sweet fruity ending. Hidden alcohol. Quite alright, just a tad too sweet in the long run. (Tromsø 24.05.2022).

440ml can, #1146, from Gulating Ølutsalg Grünerløkka. Pours an airy white head over a hazy pale yellow body, fragile lacing. Mango, grass, and dusty hops on the nose. Hop fruity taste of grapefruit, mango, juicy oats, and kveik yeast. Drying close, with a backdrop of ripe citrus. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Hotel room, Oslo 09.05.2022).

Can. Unclear golden body under a fine, dense white head. Aroma of sweetish malt, grain, juniper, hay and hint of fruit. Taste is sweet malt, grain, hint of toffee, bread, ripe fruit, juniper, kveik and low bitterness. Fine body with mostly the same flavors in aftertaste ending with some kind of not-hoppy bitterness, perhaps something from the juniper? Unusually and interesting beer, perhaps more on the interesting side than a god beer for my taste. I enjoy the to sample these traditional beers, but I haven’t exactly break the code yet.

Appelsinfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Aroma av ananas & aprikos. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken som aromaen. Som tropisk juice. Søt. Så vidt litt bitterhet i avslutninga.
