Can @ home. Slightly unclear reddish golden body under a fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, bread and acidic fruit. Taste is sweet and sour with malt, bread, dry fruit, plum, kveik and some acidity. Balanced body with a refreshing aftertaste. Nice and really easy drinkable beer. As a sour bock this reminds med neither of a bock nor typical sour beer, but has a fine balanced where it’s not very acidic but more in the direction of refreshing acidic. Easy drinkable and balanced all the way. Could easily have a few of this.

Can. Quite intense smoke aroma at first, calming down slightly after a minute or two. Wood and ham notes, some lemony sourness and then even more smoke. Charred wood. Rather gentle carbonation. Nice, but a bit demanding to drink. Think I'd prefer to have some food with this. 646313 260313

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear golden body under a quite fast disappearing white head. Aroma has oranges, lemon, oak and funk. Taste is soft malt, lemon, oranges, a touch of wood and mild funk. Medium acidic and some sweet malt is left to make a fine balanced against the acidity. Aftertaste is sweet and acidic with lemon and oranges marmalade. Nice and refreshing.

Can from Gulating. Unclear amber body under a small beige head. Distinct aroma of smoke, smoked meat, bacon and malt. Distinct smoke in taste as well, smoked meat etc. with medium sweet malt, kveik and low bitterness. Nice if you enjoy smoked and traditional beer. Perhaps a bit one-dimensional on the smoked side, but still nice.

Rødbrun klar med beige skum. Lukter syltetøy og noe brød. Fruktig, noe syrlig. Smaker syltetøy, kveik og grønt eple. Middels lang.
