Can. An orangey-brown beer with a nice beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has nuts, caramel, some dried fruits and an earthy, fruity touch most likely caused by the yeast. Quite roasted too. It feels almost thin on the palate, and perhaps a tad gentle on the carbonation, with a mostly dry mouthfeel. Some bitterness joining in too, especially in the very end. Roasted malts, caramel, some nuts and dried fruits and a lightly chocolatey touch in the flavor. Some more focus on the yeast impact in the finish. I'd like more mouthfeel and some more carbonation in this one, but at least the drinkability is superb. 201207

Bottle. It's an unclear brown beer topped by a firm, finger-thick beige head. Some curtains. The aroma has caramel and coffee, roasted malts, toffee and some earthy notes. A touch of prunes and dark chocolate or perhaps cocoa chimes in. It's medium bodied and smooth on the palate, the carbonation is quite soft, but not too low, and a light bitterness show up towards the finish. Roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, toffee and some dried fruits in the flavor. A light earthy hint and a very vague, short-lived orange zest flavor too. Long finish. A very pleasant one at this quite low ABV level, perhaps deserving an even higher score. 201206

500ml colourful can from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Lacing rings down the glassware from a firm pearl white head, cloudy dark orange coloured body. Inviting malt-fruity taste, caramel and herbal hops. Quite well blended taste character of honeyed caramel and apricot followed by a bittersweet tail. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Rating session with lmojoh, Finn and djoeye, Tromsø 03.12.2020).

My goodness….what a powerful little devil Maybe a bit to much alcohol actually. It became to boozy. And I became dizzy Hazed golden pour with almost no head Powerful aroma. Not to sweet actually and a soft carbonation level Fruity, herbal/grassy, yeast, some spices and a powerful malty back [On tap at Thobrjørnrud in Jevnaker, Norway]

Can. An unclear dark amber colored beer with a cute beige head. The aroma feels very malty at first, caramel, bread and earthy notes I guess comes from the yeast, but as it warms up, there's room for piney, grapefruity hops and some orange zest. I reckon the orange too is a result of the yeasts activities. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, with a decent bitterness. Caramel, or rather toffee, dark bread notes, pine cones, some grapefruit, and a distinct yeasty impact leaving earthy tones and orange. Long finish with the hops in the leading role. A bit challenging at first this one, but once the palate gets used to it, and as it warms up slightly, it turns out to be a pleasant one indeed, like a classic DIPA, but with a twist. 201006

Can. Unclear golden body with a white head. Strong aroma of heater honey, some malt and fruit as well but the honey dominates a lot. Taste is mild malt, forest, acidic fruit, slightly spicy and way to dominating honey flavor for my taste. Medium body and mostly honey in aftertaste. Always interesting with gruit beer, but I prefer more herbs and spices instead of this strong honey flavor, almost harsh after a while.
