Medium white head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Juniper and lingonberry aroma with green foresty spruce notes. Lovely juniper character. Sweet, and faintly acidic (from the juniper), fruity juniper taste with spruce and ashy smoke notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish smoky juniper aftertaste with foresty mineraly spruce notes. Very interesting. Dominated by the juniper, but in a nice way. A lot of flavour for a shop beer, but without tasting like a thin IPA. Nice! Doesn't fit neatly into any of the existing Norwegian farmhouse ale styles, but tastes Norwegian farmhouse. (0.33l bottle, gift from the brewer. Batch #4.)

Hazy deep golden color with a fine off white head. Looks fine. Ok lacing. Nice intensity in the aroma. Quite fruity with a fine yeast profile. Medium + body and a smooth carbonation level. Pleasant and easy to drink. Balanced sweetness. Fruity, yeast, malty and some spices in the flavor. A quite tasty and nice saision. A little bit unusual.
