Can. A clear chestnut colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma is quite weak, with some dark dried fruits, a touch of roasted malts, bread and toffee. Roasted malts, even a light burnt and smoked hint, bread, dark toffee and some raisin in the flavor. Medium to thin on the palate, with rather low carbonation. Semi-dry. Long finish with more focus on the bread. A decent but uninteresting beer. 181028

Can. A straw to pale golden colored beer with a white head. The aroma has fruityness, pear and some yellow apple, grains, pine cones and a touch of grass. It's medium bodied, semi-dry and with a pleasant carbonation. It's a bit sweet I think, with too little bitterness to deal with it. Pear, yellow apple, grass, pine cone hints and a touch of pale malts and hay in the flavor. Fruity-sweet finish. Too sweet this one, else it's a decent pilsner. 181028

0,33 boks fra Gulating Stavanger hjemme: vakker rødlig mahogny med kort skum. Mild, maltdrevet aroma og smak med tørkede frukter (svisker/rosiner), mørke karameller og noe urteaktig. Flott at man prøver seg på denne tradisjonen, men dessverre synes jeg resultatet er blitt for slankt, ettersmaken er kort og karboneringen mangler.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy dark golden color. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, paper, minerals, old lawn, harsh grainy, dusty cereal, wash cloth. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, paper, grass, soil, wash cloth, dried grain, hay, cereal, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh grainy mouthfeel. Crap!

330ml can, 4.4 % abv, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. A stable, frothy white head over a cloudy warm golden body. Spotty lacing. Moderate aroma of floral hops, mid-sweet. Taste of ripe lemon, hints of caramel and a backdrop of pine needles. Mild leafy hop bitterness to a drying ending. Decent. (Tromsø 29.08.2018).

Fra fat på Malt&Humle, Gladmaten 2018: lett uklar korngylden med flott skum som varer helt ned. Clementiner, mandariner, søte appelsiner, aprikoser, søte grønne druer og et delikat streif av koriander. Superfrisk, elegant, lys og lettdrikkelig og med en saftig, lys bitterhet i avslutningen.

33cl can from Gulating Oslo Sentrum, Oslo. Pours hazy golden with at small, but slightly lasting white head. Fruity aroma with a fair amount of tropical fruits and some citrus; more in the orange/tangarine way and hints of pale malt and ripe apples.
