Golden with a off white head - Hop aroma with some fruity herbal hops - Malt body with fruity and some herbal hop bitterness - The hop flavour with some bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

0,33 flaske delt med skibsrederen under båtpuss på Fridtjofen, juli-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Behagelig aroma og smak av Simcoe-humlen, og Simcoe-katten er heldigvis fraværende. Mild bitterhed, men avslutningen blir dessverre noe ufrisk.

330 ml bottle, from Bunnpris, Sauda. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of fruity (citrus, tropical fruits) and piney American hops, barely a hint of sea water. Refreshing flavour, moderate malts, more distinct fruity and piney hops, the tiniest pinch of salt. Good beer.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, hay, peat, weeds, minerals, oak, grass, bark, fruit stones, leather, leafs, whisky, hints of sour coffee and caramel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish peated, weeds, peat, oak, grass, minerals, alcohol, leather, caramel, sour coffee chocolate, whisky, fruit stones, bark, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
