Bottle. A semi-clear, dark orange-golden beer with a two-finger diminishing white head. Rather lively carbonation. The aroma is on the fruity side but weak, with grapefruit, pine cones and orange. Not much malts to be found, but some bready notes and yeast are present. It’s quite heavy on the carbonation in the mouth as well, medium bodied and dryish, with a decent bitterness. Pine cones, orange zest and some grapefruit and a touch of sweetish malts in the back. As for the aroma, it’s lightly yeasty. Dry, medium length finish with the hops running the show. Too heavy on the carbonation this one, and too yeasty, but I guess they’ll improve given some time, as the beer seems to be decent besides that. 170529

Poured from a 500ml swing-top bottle, kindly shared by Cunningham. Slightly cloudy golden body with a decent white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Lightly grass hopped aroma, pale malts behind. Herbal hops to the taste buds joined by a mild spicy touch. Mid-dry ending. a bit thin on the swallow. Refreshing. (The great Munch drinking session, hotel room, Oslo 15.03.2016).

Clear golden color with a fine thick white head. Some lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma, with some strange notes. Medium body and an ok carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Malty, mild grassy/grainy, some spices and herbal flavor. Decent easy drinkable ale.

Shared 2 liter growler at local tasting. Orange colour, moderate white head. Floral aroma, notes of plums too. A little sweetness in the flavour, fairly well hopped, bitter finish. A nice start from this new brewery.

Shared bottle at RB/HB on board Fridtjofen 26.01.16. Slightly hazy golden. Some off-white head and lacing. Aroma of ripe papaya and other tropical fruits. Similar taste, balanced with bitterness and sweetness. Bitterness is lingering on i aftertaste.
