Clear golden color with a fine lasting white head. Good lacing. Looks good. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric hoppy, mild pine and a fine mellow tropical fruity flavor. Nice lasting flavor.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Tromsø. Hazy, warm golden body, slow gusher revealing a rocky, dense, pearl white head. Clingy lacing. Moderate dough and citrus on the nose. Taste of lemony hops added by a mild honey sweetness, doughy. Short lived bittersweet ending. Foamy in the mouth. Fair enough (Tromsø 16.11.2016).

Bottle at home. Has a hazy grey yellow colour with a white head. Like apple juice. Aroma of honey, bun dough, flowers, lemon balm, mint and some citrus. Fresh flavour that is similar but with more flowers and herbs. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and bitterness. A fresh and light mead. I�d expect more from the fruits added.

Flaske fra Gulating Vestkanten, delt med Børge: klar kobbergylden med kort, hvitt skum. Aroma og smak av citrus, fersken, mango og multer. Lett bitterhet i den korte ettersmaken. Greit nok i ettermiddagssolen på altanen hans.

Ikke noen typisk mead om du er ute etter det. Du bør være glad i honning. Ellers er ikke dette noe for deg. For det føles litt som om det er en honningbrus. En anelse sitrus frisker den opp. Lett uklar gul i fargen med et lite hode. Litt tynn i kroppen og en litt soft karbonering.

Dark goelden with a white head - Hops in the aroma - Malt body to support a nice hop prfile that has some fruity tones and a decent bitterness - The fruity bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

Gylden brun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter lett brent karamell og noe røde bær. Middels fylde. Noe søtlig smak mot multer, noe sitrus og brød. Kort bittersøt avslutning.
