Big beige head. Clear deep dark red body. Roasty dusty earthy aroma with caramelly nutty notes. Dry-sweet roasty earthy nutty taste with dusty fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Very delicately balanced. Roasty earthy caramelly aftertaste with rye crisp bread and fruit notes. Nice, drinkable, harmonic. (0.33l bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Batch #2.)

On tap @ Både &. Unclear orange body with a big, stable, lacing off-white head. Fantastic refreshing fruity aroma, apricot, peaches, some grapefruit, mature fruit and moderate caramel malt. Flavor is nice and refreshing as well, lots of citric fruit like aroma, citric zest, some pine, moderate but balanced caramel malt and perfect balanced bitterness. Nice body for an IPA and pleasant fruity bitter aftertaste. Super refreshing, very tasty and good balanced IPA. Dangerously moreish. Had it together with a few high rated American IPA’s and this one triumphed them all at all levels.

Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, stomach acid, soda powder, citrus peel, minerals, grass. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Maybe not a very typical gose, but I don’t care - it’s lovely!
