Bottle. Shared by cunningham. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small white head. Rather fruity nose with peaches, a touch of herbs and pepper, some wheat malts and a touch of sulphur. It’s medium bodied, semi dry and with a nice carbonation. Pleasant flavor with a nice bitterness and a good fruityness. Peppery, herbal notes, pears and a touch of malts. Nice bitterness too, stretching to the very end. Nice and easy drinkable this one. 150919

Bottle. From trade with Østfolds store sønn. Almost clear in the glass, golden in color and with a dense, white head that disippates quickly. It’s lighlty yeasy on the nose, with pine cones, grapefruit and tropical fruits. There’s a decent bitterness in the mouth, with a bit too much yeast. Tropical fruits, pine cones and some malts. Medium body and a tad much carbonation. Long piney finish. Seems to have been bottled a bit early this one. 150718

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, floral and hint of orange finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Cloudy orange golden color with a fine thick white head. Ok lacing on the glass. Looks quite inviting. Lovely hoppy aroma. Pine, grapefruit hoppy and pleasant fruity. Nice body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Quite smooth texture. Quite fresh pine, grapefruit hoppy and mild tropical fruity flavor also. Very decent and nice ale at 4,7%. I have a lot of funny memories about Fossum Bridge. This will definitely not be the last I try from this brewery!
