Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - plaque black and a lovely fawn head. Nose - leather, wood, light whisky and sweet chocolate. Taste - boozy and woody. Roasted hazelnuts. Burnt wood and raisins. Palate - medium bodied and dry finish. Overall - good but a bit gnarly on the finish.

Bottle at home. Hazy medium dark orange color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, hops, slightly grainy. Flavor is malts, hops, malt bitters, hop bitters. I like this one. Nicely bitter, with loads of hop bitters. Very nice. 7-7-8-8-8,5.

Bottle from Beerdome. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, light wood and peated whisky. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 190621
