Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber-brown color with a thin light beige head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Sweet malt and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of sweet bready malt, grass and mild hops. The finish is brown sugar and chocolate malt with a short sweet aftertaste. The brewery says it is a Pale Ale but I couldn’t figure how it fits in that category. Regardless it is a thoroughly average flagship beer overall.

Taster platter @ the source. Dark colour. Aroma's: mild, chocolate, fruity, light roast. Flavour is light moderate sweet with light coffee-ish sourness. Medium bodied. Alcoholfeel is clearly stronger than regular porters (back then).

Taster platter @ the source. Pours a cloudy yellow colour. Aroma's of fruity wheat, but also hops. Flavour is moderate bitter, weakened a bit by the slice of lemon that was added. Finish is bitter. American style wheat I would say.
