20/3/2022. Bottle courtesy of Asbjorn, cheers. Pours clear dark amber brown with a large frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, dried fruits, prune, fruit cake, malt loaf, toffee, brown sugar. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, quite earthy. Medium to full body, oily slick texture, some frothing to the carbonation. Enjoyed this.

Small greige head over deep brown black beer. Chocolate, cacao obvious in the nose, Belgian truffles, cacao powder. Aroma quite like Ovomaltine . Taste is more bitter chocolate, clear cacao. Even a slight hopbitterness. Very slick, chewy; at least medium bodied, good carbonation. Nice one, rare, special. Thanks to Joren for bringing!

looks like a glass of coke: it has a huge beigeish head, which disappears completely very quickly leving back nothing - not even a minimal lacing! aroma of burned wood or ash, some dark choolate, prune and slight toaste rye bread; taste is basically the same; not bad and in the end it is just a stout, not an imperial stout...but still, somehow I expected a bit more based on the higher than average ABV

Many Thanks for this beer to CH-303. Alc was 10% ABV. zbyt alkoholowe, slodkawe, ladna piana i etykieta, pachnie maslanymi biszkoptami, w smaku pszenne, rozgrzewajace, biszkoptowo-sernikowe. poczatkowo barwa bursztynowa, potem mocno metno-blotniscie sie robi. Tripel dobry ale belgijskim piwom w tym stylu zdecydowanie lepiej daje sie ukryc alkohol.
