On sunday sharing this beer with my wife. It was a good surprise and a pleasant Belgian ale, on the way of a Duvel. This one is dry, mineral, sparkling, fruity with a touch of white grape or sparkling wine, floral hop, note of apricot, to repeat, 12.04.22, at Epalinges, purchased at one coop.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Switzerland, shared with Marko. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is malty, bready, soft touch of corn, soft touch of green apple. Flavour is bready, cardboard and corn. Quite sweet. Thin, slick, bland, moderate dry finish.

0.33l bottle, thx Ogi for sharing. Bit hazy pale golden body, whiteish head gone soon. Heavy acetaldehyde in the aroma, some grainy malty notes. Medium bodied, sweetish smoothish floral taste, light vegetal notes, some acetaldehyde, vague bitterish finish. Flawed lager, enough hops, but flawed in a way that lowers drinkability and gives astringency, which is kinda exactly what shouldn't happen to a lager, so....

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers. Aroma of grain, orange, lemon, tropical fruit and a bit soapy. Very fruity taste, long finish with minimal carbonation. Taste followed the aroma well. Very nice.
