From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and smoked. Dry caramelish. Meaty, caramelish and toasted malty. Sweet and caramelish finish. Sweet far finish.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Reden Bizon Bock ].Unclear - hazy matt medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, wood, smoke, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, sugary, sweet malt, rubber, wood, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]

Tap at Dno pytle. Sharp crisp and fresh hoppy feeling, juicy. Citrusy, general fruitiness, zesty. Very tasty, far better than the Czech version unfortunately. Much more easy drinking. Great!

Tap at Dno pytle. Orange golden color with thick white head. Nice citrus hoppy aroma. Taste, moderate citrus hops with oranges, zest, light pines. Solid malty backbone. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Good one.

Fra fad (dag 1) på DØE Lokomotivværkstedet, mai-16, sammen med Steven: en utfordrende og annerledes ølopplevelse med intense kryddertoner (garam masala og gurkemeie), røyk/cigarbox, lemongrass og tyggis. Den spriker virkelig i alle retninger. Gylden, med fint skum. Ganske merkelig og ikke spesielt lettdrikkelig. I programheftCampagne bizon grass soked imperial weizen bock - completely crazy mix of tastes and aromas. Brewed for Beer geek madness 2016. Fermented with champagne yeast with addition of bison grass."
