On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale red with a thin white head. Light fruity nose. Flavors of raspberry juice and some bitter citrus rind flavor. Tart finish.

At unerbrew on tap appearance clear amber with slight head aroma grapefruit and citrus. Taste grapefruit overtones very hoppy with a bitter finish

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Malty aroma. Somewhat subdued hop character for a DIPA, but quite pleasant. Bitter finish.

Tap @ Uberbrew: Auburn color with a small sandy head. Aroma is a mild, malty, and sweet. The taste is a combination of caramel malt sweetness and wheat. Something else I can’t put my finger on... it’s sweet and like a cereal grain, thinking frosted mini-wheats... just a little earthy too. Different.

Tap @ Uberbrew: Golden color with a finger of off-white head. Nicely served 8oz in a snifter... mild aroma, again, but fruity and sweet with just a hint of whiskey is really pleasant. The flavor is really quite outstanding. Citrus, wheat, honey, orange zest all blend together and are seemingly infused by the whiskey barrel treatment. There is no wood or char at all; just a beautiful flavor from the whiskey that really compliments the beer. From memory this was a blend of a wheat ale, rye ale, and IPA each undergoing a different barrel treatment... never had anything like it before, but I think I’m in love! Outstanding!
