Draft. Deep brown with reddish highlights. Tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, nuts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. Taste of coffee and roast.

Draft. Cloudy golden body. Frothy white head. Big aroma of flowers, spice, banana. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, sticky texture, moderate carbonation. Not sure this style really needs imperializing. But this was tasty enough. Notes of wheat, hops with a bit of bubble gum.

Sample at GABF 2013. Pours clear golden we an off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, resin and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a fine white head. Aroma of butterscotch. Butterscotch, vanilla, honey and oak flavors. Oily mouthfeel. Bitter finish. An intriguing brew.
