Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apples with medium acidity. Flavour is simple, with medium sweet apples. Not a whole lot of complexity, but it's competently constructed. Decent.

Bottle: Clear, bubbly gold with a quick white ring. Apple.....and a very light caramel note to the scent. Taste is straight-up apple.....with a hint of grassy hops.....adds a subtle "beery" aspect at the finish. Pretty good.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a pinkish red color with no head. Aroma is sweet cherry, and a little doughy as well. Flavor is exactly what you would expect. Kinda a cherry pie filling kind of flavor. Not a whole lot to say about this. It is what it is. No surprises. Not bad.

Draft at malt and vine. Pours a lemonade color yellow with no head. Mild apple and orange aroma. Very well balanced, nice drinking cider with just a hint of gin flavor. Nice spice background. Very nicely done.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 9/5/14
Aroma: The nose is clean apple, not particularly sweet, with some light spice notes
Appearance: It pours a clear apple juice yellow with a tiny, bubbly head and no lace to speak of
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart apple, clean flavor, simple, mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light, it is smooth and easy drinking, with a clean, light finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was quite solid. Its an easy cider for sure. Clean and drinkable. It doesn't get overly sweet or overly tart, it just stays balanced, simple, and clean. There's something to be said for that.

Blond color. The aroma is quite strong, it gets to the nose while the glass is still on the counter. Fine Perry, off-dry but not weak, appreciated for its light vinous character and mild acidity. I guess it’s apple and pear though.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pears, with medium sweetness. Flavour reveals notes of pear (duh), with medium sweetness and a very high drinkability. Very well-balanced and easy drinking. Nice stuff.

Yellow color, no head. It has a delicate, fresh, nice fruity aroma and flavor, the mouthfeel is soft and semi-sweet, hence easy to drink; low acidity level; clean; not too complicated.
