Description
We are a small brewery and tasting room in Davis, California. We focus on a constantly rotating selection, keeping things fresh, brewing a little bit of everything and having fun with it all.
UC Davis alumnus and former Sudwerk employee Brennan Flemming opened Dunloe Brewing Company in the summer of 2017. The brewery is the old Pacific Bell building located at 1606 Olive drive. Dunloe does not focus on a specific style, rather there is a rotating beer list based on what Brennan feels like making. In addition to draft beer in their tasting room, they sell cans of their most popular beers.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear bright gold with a decent creamy/foamy white head. Aroma of grass and melon. Med body. Flavor is more hop than bread. Dry. Bitter. Hop seems to show melon and grass/spice. Arguably crisp and clean.

Can to tulip glass. Cantaloupe aroma dominates. Slight orange. Slightly hazy gold with massive white head that slowly fades. Flavor is orange with a bit of cardboard in it. Deep in the palate there is a bready malt that is interesting. A bit of too much retained sugar for my tastes.

Can from the Davis Food Co-op. Pours clear, light gold with a large creamy white head. Aromas of white grape and lime - not much Nobility in it. Close to med body - courtesy peppy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt in support of spicy hop and some lime notes. Nobility seems in it. Quite dry. Decently bitter. Almost mouth-smacking. Astringency comes to mind. Very nice.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is tropical. Notes of mango and passion fruit. Citrus. Med body. There's some very lightly roasty malt support for citrus and pine. Suddenly not seeming tropical. Dry. Bitter. Refreshing. Good.
