UC Davis alumnus and former Sudwerk employee Brennan Flemming opened Dunloe Brewing Company in the summer of 2017. The brewery is the old Pacific Bell building located at 1606 Olive drive. Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark brn/blk with a huge foamy Guinness tan head. Pours like Guinness! Nitro like. Aroma of dark chocolate and somewhat toasty malt escapes the foam. Med plus body. Flavor is slightly burnt malt, chocolate and hints of darker fruits. I think it's pretty dry. Bitter arguably comes from the malt. It's a very nice drink.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of fresh picked fruit - more melon and apple than citrus. Med body or a bit more. Flavor is fruit - white grape, green melon, apple, citrus. More dry than juicy. Thins quickly as the carbonation departs. Decently bitter. Not West Coast - not East Coast. Just a nice IPA.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a fizzy, transient white head. Aroma of citrus and white berry. Med body. Flavor is strongly citrus with white grape; citrus has a lime note; maybe there's pine. Dry. Citrus fruity. Bitter. Enough malt to be detectable. Nice flavor.

Can from the Davis Food Co-op. Pours dark brn/blk with a huge light tan head that turned foamy - almost overflowed the can when opened. Aroma of chocolate and dark malt. Very schwarzy. Med body. Flavor is very schwarzy, and if were not a lager, it might pass for porter. It has a nice malty tang; fairly dry; malty bitter. Excellent schwarz.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours a bit of a gusher. Light bright gold with a humongous foamy white head. Aroma is lightly grassy and very lightly bready. Med minus body sorta. Flavor is lightly bready and somewhat Noble grassy/spicy. Not super strong flavors, but there's a mild sting. Quite drinkable.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours brassy gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of juicy fruit. Kind of crisp. Med body or better. Flavor is mixed - but seems to have something that brought crenshaw melon to mind. There's a mild spicy aspect - tingles. Dry. Bitter. Quite unusual - lots of flavor without a lot of hop mix? Pleasing drink.
