Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma is apple and funk and the funk gets stronger as time goes on. Smooth drying finish with more apple coming through on the taste. Nice.

24/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of tangy apple, baked apple, funky, light barnyard and caramel notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, gently fizzy carbonation. Quite drinkable.

3/9/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear copper gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of toffee, rich apple, slight funky and citric notes. Medium plus sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Light dry, sweet and slightly chalky finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Ya-Bard. Sparkling, orangey golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of funky earthy apple, caramel hint. Taste is tangy, tart, earthy, funky apple, and orchardy, loamy, leather, with astringent tannins. Medium bodied, lightg carbonation, medium-dry finish. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Ya-Bard. Bright golden amber colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple, light funk & caramel. Taste is sweet, orchardy apple, leathery funk, some caramel and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
