Can from Gulating. Marked BB 15/6-21, sampled 14/8-20. Unclear pale golden body with a lacing white head. Aroma is unpliant with ripe fruit, pine and garbage. Taste feels pretty rotten as well. Don’t know the bottling date, but if 10 months before BB date is to late this should have a lot shorter date on the can. Normally pretty decent beers from this brewery, but this was a total wreck. Undrinkable.

Can. Almost clear golden body under a nice white head. Aroma has malt, hint of caramel and some mature citric fruit. Taste is sweet malt, fruity hops and pleasant bitterness. Fine body and decent aftertaste. Decent old school IPA, nothing original besides that you doesn’t find many like this these days.

Litt uklart smaksbilde, og støv i tomt glass. Mistenker oksidering. Men kul boks! Kjøpt mulig, men best før satt til 01-01, så detmå være feil.

440ml can, #043, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Shared with Finn. Bright golden-brown body, remaining pearl white head, spotty lacing. Moderate, mid-dry smell of herbal hops and earthy malts. Caramel-fruity flavours sustained by a backdrop of leafy hops. Mid-dry bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Tromsø 16.07.2020).

330ml can, #035, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Bodø, carried back home and shared with Finn. Crocheted lacing on the glass from a huge white head, misty warm golden body. Ripe citrus aromas, modest malty sweetness beneath. Stone fruity flavours supported by mandarin and mild caramel malts. Rounded bittersweet tail. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 16.07.2020).
