0,33 boks fra min støttekontakt i Straensenteret, hjemme mens jeg surfer etter et passende reisemål for januar/februar: klar, dypgylden med ok skum. Velsmakende maltbase komplementert med duft og tydelig smak av tyske edelhumler - floralt, nybakt brød, deilig krydret og med fin mengde citrussyrlighet og ditto porsjon av mersmak.

Alltid gøy når jeg oppdager et nytt norsk bryggeri. Full av optimisme og ekte rb-entusiasme åpner jeg denne 0,33 boksen, innkjøpt i dag hos min favorittpusher i Straensenteret. Utseendet er det ingenting å si på, lett uklar korngylden (ikke så tåkete som mange NEIPA ofte er) med fint skum som varer. Superfruktig og kjempefrisk med store mengder saftige, tropiske frukter, betryggende balansert av grapefrukt og et par furunåler. Lurer på hva som er deres favoritthumler, det kunne de gjerne nevnt. Direkte oppløftende - særlig når den ble akkompagnert av Oslo-filharmonien og Mariss Jansons i Sibelius' Kareliasuite!

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hoppy notes of orange peel and tropical notes of stone fruits. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is hoppy notes of orange peel and tangerines, apricots and stone fruits, as well as malts with toffee.

400ml draught at Ladejarlen. Coal black body, beige head blanketing the glass. Promising dark doughy aromas, hints of dried fruits and toffee. Rather well blended taste profile of mid-sweet malts and dried fruits, toffee, caramel and apricot, lactose beneath. Malt-fruity ending. Smooth on the swallow. Pretty alright. (Trondheim 14.09.2019).

200ml draught at Ladejarlen. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Hazed pale golden body with a reddish tint. Subdued smell of berry skins, mid-sweet. Mixed taste of red berries and ripe lemon followed by a dry and mid-tart ending. Accepted. (Trondheim 14.09.2019).
