Fortsatt pålitelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld hos Bryne, i selskap med Jæren Fråholdslag: nesten helt klar klar kastanjebrun med ok skum. Mørke karameller, nystekt brød, barskog og hint av fiken. Fin urtebitterhet. Jeg digger bockøl, og særlig dobbelbock som dette.

Dyp rødbrun. Klar. Lavt farget skum som raskt blir film. God karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken knekk, svisker & karamell. Tørr bitter avslutning. Bra den!
