Chocolate malt, ash, dry hay, and light oyster/salt aroma. Black with small brown head. Moderately sweet chocolate malt, light salty oyster, and mildly bitter hay and ash flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draft. Orange, caramel malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Dark amber wtih nice light tan head. Moderately sweet citrus, toffee malt, and strong bitter pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Nice hoppy beer.

Draft. Smoked ham, jalapeno, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with a nice head. Mildly sweet smoked ham, malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. Light jalapeno finish. Very light pepper presence.
